Tested Strong
CampWall Pro Put to the Test: Real Winds. Real Australia.
When we designed the CampWall Pro, the goal was simple: build a windbreak tough enough for real Australian conditions not showroom demos or calm weekends.
Since launch, CampWall Pro has been put to work by campers all over the country. From the beaches of Ningaloo to the windy shores of Tasmania, customers have been using it in some of Australia’s toughest coastal and inland environments, with outstanding results.
But we don’t rely on customer trips alone. We test our gear the same way you do, by taking it into real conditions and seeing what actually happens. So far, we’ve used CampWall Pro on the beaches at Teewah and Evans Head, in the bush at Gordon Country and Kenilworth, and deliberately set it up ahead of spring storms to see how it performs in real wind and weather.
We test, we evaluate, and we make changes where needed because real-world performance is what matters.
Sand Testing
Recently, we set up CampWall Pro on the beach using Ground Dog sand pegs to see how it handled sustained, open coastal winds. In winds exceeding 50 km/h, the wall stood rock solid, holding its line and maintaining a sheltered space behind it.
For soft sand environments, dedicated sand pegs are essential, and when paired with Ground Dog sand pegs, the system performs exceptionally well.
Soft Ground Performance
Anyone who’s camped on wet or soft ground knows how challenging it can be to anchor gear properly. In these conditions, CampWall Pro’s reinforced anchor points combined with heavy-duty HEX pegs and strong guy lines kept the wall secure and stable, even as gusts pushed hard across the panels.
Hard Ground Performance
On hard-packed ground, where peg holding power and pole stability are critical, CampWall Pro continued to impress. The telescopic aluminium poles and robust construction delivered a solid, confidence-inspiring setup, with minimal flex even under heavy wind load.
The Result
Across beaches, bush camps, caravan parks, and storm-tested backyard setups, CampWall Pro has proven itself as more than just another camp accessory.
It’s a genuine shelter system designed to create a calm, comfortable space to cook, relax, and spend time together, even when conditions are far from perfect.
Why It Matters
Windbreaks aren’t new. Campers have been using them around the world since the 1960s.
What is new is building one tough enough for real Australian conditions.
Wind shouldn’t decide when your trip is over. With CampWall Pro, you can set up anywhere in Australia knowing that strong winds don’t have to mean a bad camping experience.
Australian made. Built tough. Tested in real conditions by us, and by campers all over the country.
Camp longer. Stay comfortable. Adapt to real conditions.
