1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Aussie Wind Wall website (www.aussiewindwall.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Aussie Wind Wall is a veteran-owned Australian business specialising in premium windbreaks for beach and camping use.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

3.1 Product Range
- Beach Mate: Premium beach windbreak with colorful outdoor fabrics and wooden poles
- Camp Wall Pro: Camping windbreak with earthy 8oz Canvas fabrics,  aluminium poles, and PVC window

3.2 Product Specifications
- Setup time: Under 5 minutes (typically 2 minutes)
- Wind resistance: Designed to withstand wind speeds up to 45kph
- UV protection: Built-in UV protection features
- Expected lifespan: 20+ years with proper care
- Materials: Premium Australian fabrics and quality pole systems

3.3 Product Warranties
All Aussie Wind Wall products come with:
- 24/12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (CampWall 24 month - Beach Mate 12 Month)
- Expected product lifespan of 20+ years with proper care and maintenance
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, extreme weather conditions, or normal wear and tear

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order

4.2 Veteran Discount
- A discount available to verified Australian veterans
- Verification required through appropriate documentation
- Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated

4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available through our Shopify platform.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping Provider
All orders shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.

6.2 Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders
- Express shipping available at additional cost

6.3 Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days within Australia
- Express delivery: 1-3 business days within Australia

Remote areas may require additional delivery time

6.4 International Shipping
Currently not available. We ship within Australia only.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.1 Return Policy
- 30-day return policy from date of delivery
- Products must be in original condition with all components
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective

7.2 Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 7-14 business days of receiving returned item
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product is defective

7.3 Exchanges
- Exchanges available within 30 days of delivery
- Customer pays shipping for exchanges unless product is defective

8. PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE

8.1 Care Instructions
- Beach Mate: Gentle brushing, spot cleaning with mild soap, air drying, salt water protection
- CampWall Pro: Soft brush cleaning, mild soap treatment, protection from extreme weather
- Wooden poles: Regular cleaning, damage checks.

8.2 Storage Requirements
- Store in carry case in cool, dry place
- Ensure products are completely dry before storage
- Proper storage maintains 20+ year product lifespan

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Product Use
- Products designed for recreational use only
- Users responsible for safe setup and use
- Not recommended for use in extreme weather conditions exceeding specifications

9.2 Liability Limits
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 Trademarks
"Beach Mate" and "Camp Wall Pro" are trademarks of Aussie Wind Wall.

11.2 Copyright
All website content, product designs, and marketing materials are protected by copyright.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Order Cancellation by Aussie Wind Wall

Aussie Wind Wall reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following situations:

• If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

• If there is an error in the product description, pricing, or listing.

• If the order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.

• If ongoing communication indicates the customer is dissatisfied with the order process, despite our reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Aussie Wind Wall will not be liable for any compensation beyond the refund of the original purchase amount.

By placing an order with Aussie Wind Wall, you agree to these terms.

We are committed to fair and respectful communication with all our customers. Orders may be cancelled if a resolution cannot be reached due to ongoing hostility, harassment, or public defamation that negatively impacts our team or business reputation.

Aussie Wind Wall Competition – Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Aussie Wind Wall, Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Aussie Wind Wall and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Competition Period

• The competition begins on 17/8/25 and closes at 6/9/25.

• Entries received after this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Follow Aussie Wind Wall on Instagram and/or Facebook/TikTok.

2. Like the competition post and tag a friend in the comments. Each additional tag counts as one extra entry.

3. (Optional) Provide an email address through the website pop-up or entry form to receive one bonus entry.

5. Prize

• The prize is one (1) CampWall Pro windbreak (3-panel or 4-panel).

• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries 7/9/25

• The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram/Facebook and/or by email if provided.

• The winner must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, another winner will be drawn.

7. Public Announcement

The winner’s first name and state will be announced on Aussie Wind Wall’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

8. General Conditions

• Aussie Wind Wall reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

• Aussie Wind Wall accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
