Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In unused, original condition
  • Clean and free of damage
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and components

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@aussiewindwall.com.au with:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for return
    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange your product for a different model or colour, please mention this when you contact us. Exchanges are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Items not in original condition
  • Custom or made-to-order products
