Q: What is Aussie Wind Wall?
A: We’re a family-run Australian business creating premium windbreaks for beach and camping adventures. Our flagship products are the Beach Mate (for beach days) and the CampWall Pro (for bush and camping).

Q: What makes your windbreaks different?
A: Aussie Wind Wall windbreaks are 100% Australian made using premium outdoor fabrics. They set up quickly hold strong in gusty winds, and are built to last for years. As a veteran-owned business, we bring precision, reliability, and a love of the outdoors into every design.

Q: Are you really Australian made?
A: Yes! Every Aussie Wind Wall is designed, developed, and assembled right here in Australia. We’re officially licensed to carry the Australian Made logo, reflecting our commitment to supporting local jobs and industry.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Q: What’s the difference between Beach Mate and CampWall Pro?
A: Beach Mate uses colourful outdoor fabrics and wooden poles — light, compact, and perfect for the beach. CampWall Pro is made with rugged canvas in neutral tones, includes a clear PVC window, and uses aluminium poles built for camping in tougher conditions.

Q: How long does setup take?
A: The Beach Mate sets up in about 2 minutes and packs away in under a minute. The CampWall Pro takes a little longer but still assembles easily without tools.

Q: What wind speeds can they handle?
A: Our CampWall Pro has been tested in sustained gusts up to 45 kph and over, staying very stable with strong guy ropes. The Beach Mate will stay strong in gusts up to 35 kph on those windy beach days

Q: How long will my windbreak last?
A: With proper care, you can expect many years of reliable use. All materials are selected to withstand harsh Australian conditions.

Q: What sizes are available?
A:

• Beach Mate: Approx. 3m long × 140cm high.

• CampWall Pro: 3.6m and 4.8m options × 140cm high.
  Both pack down to around 80cm long.

Q: Do they provide UV protection?
A: Yes. All fabrics feature built-in UV protection with UPF ratings. Please contact us for specific fabric ratings.

Q: What do they weigh?
A: Beach Mate weighs approx. 4.5kg. CampWall Pro ranges between 5–6kg depending on the size.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Q: Do you offer veteran discounts?
A: Absolutely,  verified Australian veterans receive 10% off year-round. Verification is required.

Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post with full tracking. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet, but we plan to expand international shipping in the near future.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure options through our Shopify store.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Q: How do I clean my windbreak?

• Beach Mate: Brush off sand/debris and spot-clean with mild soap. Air dry completely before storing.

• CampWall Pro: Wipe down with a soft brush or damp cloth and mild soap.

Q: How should I store my windbreak?
A: Always store fully dry in the provided carry bag, in a cool, dry place. Proper storage extends lifespan.

Q: Can I use it in saltwater environments?
A: Yes — All our windbreaks can be used on the coast. Rinse poles and fabric with fresh water after saltwater exposure and dry thoroughly before storing.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day returns from delivery date. Products must be unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping unless the product is faulty.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes — exchanges are available within 30 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.

Q: What warranty do you provide?
A: 12-month warranty for the Beach Mate and 24 Month warranty for the CampWall Pro. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or extreme weather damage is not covered.
