Shipping Information

Free Australia-Wide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all Beach Mate, CampWall Pro and CampWall Flex windbreaks.

Every order is packed with care and shipped via Australia Post, with tracking provided so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with delivery details.

Please note that dispatch times may be longer during promotional periods, public holidays, pre-order campaigns or periods of high demand.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available within Australia.

Where free shipping promotions apply, customers may choose to upgrade to Express Post by paying the difference between standard and express shipping rates. Any additional charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand and the United States.

New Zealand

Flat rate shipping: $60 AUD

United States

Flat rate shipping: $90 AUD

Additional charges may apply for rural, remote or oversized deliveries. If your delivery address is located in a remote area, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote.

For all other international destinations, please contact us at sales@aussiewindwall.com.au and we'll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees imposed by their country.

Pegs & Accessories

A flat rate shipping fee of $15 Australia-wide applies to pegs, accessories and smaller items.

Free shipping applies to accessory-only orders over $100 AUD.

Who We Ship With

We primarily use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries, providing trusted service and tracking across metropolitan, regional and remote areas.

From time to time, we may use alternative freight providers where required to ensure the most efficient delivery service.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Queensland: 2–5 business days
NSW & Victoria: 3–7 business days
SA, WA & NT: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: Additional time may apply

These delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are subject to Australia Post and carrier network conditions.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.

While we will assist in resolving delivery issues, Aussie Wind Wall is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, customs processing, industrial action or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
