WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Aussie Wind Wall, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each item is handcrafted using durable, high-grade materials and backed by a product-specific warranty.

CampWall Pro – 2-Year Warranty

Your CampWall Pro is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers material or manufacturing defects under normal use, provided care instructions are followed.

To be eligible:

• Proof of purchase is required
• Proper care and storage guidelines must be followed
• Claims must be submitted in writing

Once submitted, we’ll acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and assess it promptly. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Beach Mate – 12-Month Warranty

Your Beach Mate windbreak is covered by a 12-month warranty, protecting against defects in materials or craftsmanship when used as intended and maintained properly.

All other terms (submission process, proof of purchase, resolution timeline, exclusions) are the same as the CampWall Pro warranty, but the coverage period is 12 months from date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered (Applies to All Products)

Physical Damage:

• Accidental damage (e.g., drops, cuts, excessive force)
• Incorrect setup or misuse

Maintenance Issues:

• Improper care or storage (e.g., storing when wet)
• Use of unapproved modifications or accessories
• Normal wear and tear, fading from UV exposure
• Corrosion from saltwater if not properly cleaned

Weather Extremes:

• Damage from cyclones, hail, floods, or extreme weather beyond intended use

Other Exclusions:

• Products showing signs of modification, deliberate misuse, or poor maintenance may be excluded
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the law.
