Important: When setting up on sand, the CampWall Pro must be anchored using sand-specific pegs. Standard pegs are not designed for soft sand and will not provide reliable holding.

Once submitted, we’ll acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and assess it promptly. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
